Cool stuff with the hyperextension used for GHRs. I never thought of that. DO you think rigging up a band would help with the reduction of resistance towards the top portion?

Oh yeah, also you might wanna try to keep tension in the bands at the bottom of the squat. Maybe use DBs instead of the safety pins.

Using a band for GHRs on that is a great suggestion. Thanks for the idea. I'll try that out next time, if the Crossfit area is closed and I can't get in there.
Yeah, I should do something about that. Maybe get some weaker jump stretch bands so I can double them up.
