  • How much resting time do you take between the DE work?

  • No more than one minute.

  • Oh yeah, also you might wanna try to keep tension in the bands at the bottom of the squat. Maybe use DBs instead of the safety pins.

  • Using a band for GHRs on that is a great suggestion. Thanks for the idea. I'll try that out next time, if the Crossfit area is closed and I can't get in there.

    Yeah, I should do something about that. Maybe get some weaker jump stretch bands so I can double them up.

  • Cool stuff with the hyperextension used for GHRs. I never thought of that. DO you think rigging up a band would help with the reduction of resistance towards the top portion?
