it's not a camera place. It's a speaker place

@MarcM457 third gen's only had a 16 and 32 gig model. they had an 8 gig model that was EXACTLY the same as the 2nd gen 8 gig so that doesnt relly mak a difference

Just bought an Apple Ipod Touch 3g 32 gigs for parts or repair for $25, hardly used but the docking connector will need to be replaced and from what I have seen it's not as simple as replacing a cracked digitizer, it involves desoldering and soldering which I don't mind, I can't seem to find the connector part anywhere but U.K and China. I also bought another 3g 8 gig for parts that has a good connector any chance i can just use that one? Any idea what it will run to get it fixed by pros?
Thanx
opening an itouch is probaly harder than juggling its fucking tiny

To whoever says 3rd Gen ipod touch's arent out. The only difference is the writing on the back. 2nd gen had like 5 lines, 3rg gen has only 2. I think thats the only way you can tell the difference. Hope this helps! :)
