The Wine Movie: Behind the scenes

"Vino Veritas: An American Wine Movie" is feature length documentary slated for production in 2010-2012.

We'll be posting behind-the-scenes footage all through the shooting of this project. We've already met a number of fascinating winemakers, winery owners, bloggers and people from all aspects of the wine business. And everyone has a story. We're hoping that we can share those stories with the wine community, both during the production of this project, and once the feature is completed.

This segment was filmed in Prosser and Walla Walla, WA, one of the premiere growing regions in the Pacific Northwest, if not the entire country. We interviewed a number of people and showed up at a midnight tasting at Reininger Winery near Walla Walla.

One producer that comes immediately to mind is Ron Denner of Denner Vineyards in Paso, great story there and the his juice is superlative!
