bro your doing a great job but i would top your plants a few more times and trim the lower branches so energy is directed to all the tops.... i never used led like the low cost in electric and heat .. in a space like yours id try leds but maybe even a 2ft. 8 bulb t5 low heat and electric red spetrum...
