Caution: The board may break after several uses or if it's to long. The shorter you keep it the stiffer it will be. I also have a video that shows how to make the bead breaker board. You will most likely need a couple long tire irons or pry bars to pop the bead loose as I did. Keep body parts and tools clear of the vehicle, because when the bead lets go your vehicle is gonna drop very quickly.

  • his expression was well worth the video lol

  • @1:13 NEVER do that !

Imagine if the bead let go at that moment - your foot could've been trashed...

  • I have the exact tire and rim. IM going to do this right now. haha! But i just run it over with the tire, after putting the atv tire on a sheet of plywood. Its better if you work with a smaller surface rather than that 2x12, a 2x4 works great.

  • YES SUCCESS SUCCESS!!!!!

  • thats enthusiasm man

  • Your piece of wood was too wide.

the weight is distributed on a too big surface to be really useful.

it's like a tank track or a atv tire .

you reduce the pressure on the ground when you have a wider contact zone for the same weight.

the technique is clever but a less wide wood could be more effective .

    Cool video however.

I like your face at the end : )

  • It will work 100 times better on aftermarket tires.. the oem ones like that have super thin side walls and when they've been on for a long time from the factory even real tire machines have a hard time getting them off... Ive had a couple i had to cut even..
