Technically McCain can't run either... He was born in Panama, before the law was changed to consider Panamanians as legal US citizens. Obama was born in the US to a US mother. End of debate.

Not the end. McCain was born to US citizens and one was in the US military. Obama's mother married again, an Indonesian man. By The Nationality Act of 1940 states that one who marries a person in another country and resides there. His mother expatriated her US citizenship. Section 301(a)(7) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of June 27,1952,66 is law that states his mother was under the age of 19 and too young and didn't qualify to register him as a natural born citizen. End of Debate
