2.) Visualise The Audience Clapping At The End.
3.) Practice Out Loud And Within Your Mind.
4.) Video Tape Your Self, And Work On Things You Need To Work On.
5.) Use Positive Affirmations.
6.) Possible Use Body Language Gestures Or NLP Communication Techniques.
7.) Tell Yourself Your A Brilliant Speaker,
8.) Imagine That You Were In The Audience Watching, And Think "I Wish I Could Do That", Then Realise Your Amazing! - I'm fourteen, this is what I do!
