Some of you--well MOST of you transit bus fanatics have never discovered something new before, but I'll just point that out...
This is the Transit Windsor 1987 GM Classic bus TC-40102N #515--a coach formerly owned by the Detroit Department of Transportation D-dot from 1987 until its retirement around 2002. On the following same year, it was sold to Transit Windsor at Windsor Ontario.

@masterproxl: Basically, most of them were scrapped for spare parts needed for the 1989 MCI Classics TC-40102A #2000-2074. This was the ONLY coach to be saved and rebuilt by Transit Windsor.
