I am Muslim from Bosnia-Herzegowina. what about this man? why they killed him? I read that he wasn't Muslim, but is that the reason? thanks a lot, brothers and sisters.

may i ask what happened to him? succesful musician - progressive ideas - threat to government - government killed him. is that it? or is it more complex? discovering his music through youtube, love it so much. i'm always drawn to iranian music, and interested in better understanding the country/culture. difficult to get "objective" (whatever that is) information about it. (by the way, i'm not american, nor supportive of their international politics. i'm a belgian musician.)
