@sakis1011 Exactly, you could even do up to 4-5 sets if you like, but make sure you keep it low weight to prevent injury and eventually your rear delts will catch up with the rest of your body.
Things is , the whole point of performing the rear delt flies is to create somewhat of a balance between your front shoulders and your rear(back) of your shoulder. Furthermore alotta people tend to put down too much work on their front delts which will later on result in an injury.

2. creatine and diet +/- stimulant are the best investment
3. free weights
4. portion control for caloric surplus with low glycemic carbs
5. limit to 40 min to avoid cortisone
