High School music in the eairly 90s. It did and was a HIT during the time it came out. Firehouse NEVER held a flame next to SLAUGHTER!.

grunge and crap...i mean rap,is what happened.people got lazy and lowered their expectations,so you get the "music" of today.

Pearl Jam didnt do that, but 2 other notorious bands did. Guns N Roses, and Skid Row. Both of these glorified low living lifestyles and when they got big around 88, you just knew the party was over. It wasnt that they didnt have any good songs, it was everything about their image and lifestyle that suddenly was not funny anymore.On top of that we were stuck with Van HAGAR, a JOURNEY to Steve Perrys music funeral, and an industry take over by sony. Its a wonder music still exists AT ALL.

Trust me I went through Junior High back then and grunge screwed everything up. Everything became dirty and depressing. The fun was gone and was replaced by cracked out heroin addicts. Grunge and the music industry ruined Rock.
