I know it was the 80's but damn, they make such a HUGE deal about a college dance! I went to college in the early 90's and NO ONE but the student association GEEKS went to college dances!! The rest of us were at frat parties or on the local club scene! And why are Natalie and Tootie invited when they don't even attend Langley! (At least Natalie doesn't didn't Tootie pick and acting school?) And why the hell were Oliver and Beverly Ann going to a STUDENT dance? This dance was taken too seriously!

@jpg7111980 I'm glad someone has something positive to say to my opinions! Thank you so much, i'm guessing you were born Jan 11, 1980, I was born in 1970, and the gap between us is much smaller than say 5 yrs is today. Kids today take so much for granted, shit i can remember the first color tv we got, what a great day that was! My kids were watching "I love Lucy" for the 1st time and thought the tv was broke cause it was in BnW..lol..it was fun explaining to them that was how all tv was!!

@poutaine if u werent born in the 80 's i can't even begin to tell u how hard it was to find fashion in the right way...gone were the disco days and then the 80's happened...video killed the radio star speaks the best about passing time..when i was growing up the person you heard on the radio did you rarely get to see...now u just google whatever you are looking for.....at least we had imagination and we weren't scared to stand out...sure most people had BIG hair...but man we rocked it!!!!!

Tootie's hair looks ridiculous and unflattering.
