i watch this movie on pbs the other night. Classic film.. Mom and Daughter both sexy as hell.. i woulda screwed them both also.

This should have won Best Picture.

Vida the ungrateful, gold digging, lying, hateful child with a chip on her shoulder. Mildred Pierce's daughter Vida was a skank if there ever were one. Ann Blythe played her to the maximum. What a performance!

This movie is fantastic! Drama and suspense at it's best.

"It was Gin Rummy, wasn't it?" Oh Mildred you are too much.

And we thought Faye Dunaway's role was intense! Get a load of Joan Crawford's performance, she's the earlier Faye Dunaway.
