On 1/7/2012, our Golden Retriever of almost 8 years traveled home to Heaven about two months after being diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma, an aggressive form of cancer. She touched the lives and hearts of many friends and family. She will be forever missed and loved. Her life made ours better. The memories will live endlessly in our hearts, and bring a smile to our face. Rest in peace our angel. You were the best dog/friend ever! Until we meet again....
Note: Allegedly the lead singer of Cold play, who sang this song, said he sang it in remembrance of a dear friend he lost. Some of the main lyrics say, "...Look at the stars, look how they shine for you, and everything you do, oh yeah they were all yellow......Your skin, oh yeah your skin and bones, turn into something beautiful, you know, you know I love you so, you know I love you so......It's true, look how they shine for you, look how they shine for you, look how they shine for, look how they shine for you, look how they shine for you, look how they shine, look at the stars, look at how they shine for you, and all the things you do..."

  • I am so sorry. She was a great looking goldy

  • So sorry for your loss, Shima was beautiful, she looked happy, very loved and well taken care of...she had a good life, and God is taking care of her now until you can be with her again...don't worry, God is taking good care of your precious little baby....have two of my own and one is a purebred golden

  • A beautiful moving video of your golden! We lost our golden to lymphoma at 11, very suddenly! She was my angel. She passed three years ago December 15. The home wasn't the same without a golden and we got a pup December 27th. Our first love will always be Chelsea but Kaillie our new golden has helped with the pain!

    Goldens are earthly angels!
