  • I can't do what he does at 2:15 cos my legs aren't flexible enough. should I stretch till I can and after that start doing that or go ahead and start even tho my range of motion isn't very good..

also I can't do what she does at 3:18 again because of the flexibility. how do I stretch so that I can do that?

  • @10beez @2:15 Try Downward dog. It is a great stretch that everyone can do. If it is too painful while in downward dog, bend one knee. Try to work your hips high, lengthen your back, feel the pain ; ) You just have to be consistent. Try starting each day with 10 mins of downward dog and see how much better you feel in a week. @3:18 most of us can't do at first. You can use your fingertips to help you standup or do a breastroke squat sit with your knees and feet externally rotated.

  • thanks this has helped me a lot with my footwork!

  • This is a great video on how to swim faster. The Race Club also has Summer Swim Camps.

  • @theraceclub thx for the quick answer!

  • Also, if its not too much trouble, please post the videos in order. Thanks

  • Excellent video! I have been searching so long for a video that explains leg kick. Its very true what you said about the great swimmers. A strong kick provides the momentum you need to glide and lower body support for a perfect balance. Thanks a lot!

  • Excellent!
