You idiot. Brother has a 3 year extended warranty for the error 41. They will pay for its repair for a new printhead and if can't be fixed within the extended 3 year warranty, they'll even replace it. I called Brother and I had my error 41 fixed within 2 days. In the USA this is true, so I don't know where you're from, but you have all your facts wrong.
