Is advanced technology from an alien civilization needed to explain how ancient man could move huge stones, build monumental structures, create intricate artwork and organize complex cultures? Some think so, because of their evolutionary belief that ancient man was primitive, but as shown in this clip ancient Civilizations at itself prove Evolution to be wrong...

Civilizations can degenerate due to disasters, wars or fanaticism up unto the point that people lose knowlegde and history. People make do, rebuild and reinvent in time (without knowing it) and possibly surpass old 'levels'. Atheists believe the birth in the Bible is only another rebirth and believe they have ample proof. Simple as that.

That's an interesting perespective but I should disagree with your first assumption about intelligence. While you are correct in stating that early human civilizations were no smarter or dumber than us, you are assuming that evolution of the brain happens over the span of just a few thousand years. On the contrary, such drastic biochemical and physiological changes occurred over the span of millions of years and we see the gradual development in early hominids NOT early humans.

The tower of babel is the ET EMEN ANKI - the house of the seven lights of heaven. It's foundation still stands today and tablets with descriptions about it's orrigin, construction and dimensions are in france and england. One of the tablets is written by Nebuchadnessar II and it says that people in former times have stopped building it, "without an order - expressing their words". Meaning the fact that they stopped building was the expression in words (they didn't understand oneanother anymore)
