Great Interview. What he says about your trading mindset is pure gold. Anyone who is disappointed that he did not reveal his "system," well, it's a shame that some folks can completely miss the entire point of something like this.

great interview. however, one of the interview questions was something along the lines of "what was the signal that success was just around the corner?" i can't stand amateur questions like that. the answer is the same signal that a trade is going to work. if you keep asking questions like that, your are NEVER going to find success.
