Paint.NET Hair Color Tutorial

For those who don't have photoshop but want to color hair, then use this video recorded. I use Paint.NET, it's a FREE mimic of Photoshop. It works best on Anime images, but real pics are fine too.
The image is not mine, it is used a "demonstration" purposes only. The song is called "Remind Me" by Royksopp.

how can you coloring without "smearing" the edges? I see you don't use a mash, so how is it possible? Thanks for the eventual info (^_^)b

@randomnesswithbacon In the layers window there is a little box with a plus symbol with that you added layer then if you wont to change the level of it there are two more boxes with arrows. Hope it was enough help! Sayonara! =D

@XIyaX1 The option should be under the "Window" tab. I do that a lot, too. xD
