I have seen a 1966 war film "The Battle of Algiers." It is a film about Muslim Algerian terrorists who killed many French civilians and policemen living in the French colony of Algiers. The film also describes the efforts of French military intelligence to find and arrest the terrorists. The most effective tool used by French military intelligence was torture. Torture made it possible to identify and capture all Muslim terrorists.
