Why is the different between Empires & Xtreme Legends?
I have all the Xtreme Legends. Till my friend told me he has Empire.

@Pujols050 well let me correct you. Dynasty Warriors 5 does have a story. Dynasty warriors 5: "Empires" does not. Dynasty Warriors 5: Xtreme Legends has story but primarilly for hardcore players.

Best thing to do if you want good cards but can't play on high difficulty:
Make a new game mode using the Gathering of Heroes era. Put Zhuge Liang and Yue Ying as your Generals, and also put Sima Yi as your Leader. Put Difficulty on Chaos.
Now go to Consult and look at Zhuge Liang and Yue Ying's and Sima Yi's options. Generally, they have AWESOME cards and you can add them to your deck. It might take a few tries, but just do it.

@TheIcEpRiNcEsS22 I'd also like to mention the fact that Koei should not be the ones making such a good game.
DW and the entire RotTK franchise has a LOT of untapped potential.
