how many reps should you do and at what percentage of your one rep max should you be lifting I say one rep max because im going to be using a cable machine as apposed to using resistance bands any advice on this would be greatly appreciated! thank you very much for the great videos

Not really necessary to do one rep maxes in my opinion. I would rather show someone the movement and make sure they have mastered it so then they can apply into reality. You shouldn't need too much weight for that. Thank you for watching

while sprinting, you really should minimse your back leg curling backwards. It's more hip flexor action rather than actively using your hamstrings. Kind of touch the ground and back up again. Hard to explain but you are doing it slightly wrong
