I need to know on the inside is it wet or dry. If you are using the idea of a wet flashback and it becomes dry for any reason you will have a failure using a sponge. All flashbacks should be designed to be run dry in case someone forgets to keep their flashback design wet to stay wet. My flashback is designed to run dry and with a pipe coming off the flashback prevents the material inside getting burnt.

Yes, because it is the second time that I realize, I prefer put water into it.

Notice when the water stops to run out of the pipe the flash back fineshed and a little turbine starts producing a so loud beep and stops with an out flask back.

Notice that the pressure of the balloon isnt so hi( about 20% of its capacity).
