if u r in nyc..Patel brothers for amul cheese..farmer's market in union square for fresh cheese..hey..nxt time a demo would be perrfect..seriously..i need visuals.!! also request recipe for etsa..yumm

how about buying the cheese from Sabchi Bazaar and sending it ur son.?....come on it won't be that difficult.

most btns here use Farmer's cheese, which resembles fresh Bhutanese `datsi'.
My recommendation, feta cheese and kraft american cheese together, and if u are feeling rich, brie :)
