Code correct Nassau Blue exterior, code correct Bright Blue vinyl interior. Numbers maching 350hp 327ci L79 engine, 4 speed manual transmission. Originally assembled on January 24, 1966, this 1966 Corvette comes in the desirable Nassau Blue/Bright Blue vinyl combination. This car's paint is somewhat older, showing a few signs of age, but still a very good shine. A 1967 big block stinger style hood has been added to this car. All exterior glass shows a correct date code, with the exception of the windshield. Bumpers look like they might be original, and are in overall good condition with typical patina, but no obvious dings or rust. Exterior door handles are in good original condition with no pitting. Weatherstripping is older and in fair condition; taillights are in poor condition. This 1966 Corvette wears a set of original hubcaps, which are in fair condition with typical dulling and pitting. Tires are Michelin Radial X whitewalls, showing near full tread at an average of 8/32nds remaining. The interior of this 1966 Corvette shows good condition seat covers, dash pads, and center console, and very good condition door panels. Gauges show typical fading, and are in fair condition with fair condition lenses, although the clock is functioning and has been cosmetically restored as well. Steering wheel is in fair condition with typical rim cracks. GM seatbelts look to be original, and are in fair condition. A Custom Auto Sound AM/FM/Cassette stereo is mounted in the original radio location, and a Pioneer DEH-2500 CD stereo and CDX-P686 6 disc CD changer are mounted on top of the jack storage compartment. Kenwood 6x9 speakers have been professionally mounted in the rear of the car, and painted to match the interior. The numbers matching engine in this 1966 Corvette shows original casting date January 19, 1966, and final assembly date January 24, 1966. Ignition shielding and correct intake manifold are in place, along with correct style 350hp finned aluminum valve covers. A Vintage Air air conditioning system has been added to this car, but is not blowing cold at this time. Frame is clean, solid, and rust-free.
