who cares man its a great song, he performs it how he likes. Give the man some credit for that and stop ridiculing his videos over the little things.

You know I don't agree with everything you say. Or even half of it. But you do bring up some interesting things like how come the live versions are so good and really strike a part of your soul, even more so than the recordings. I think my answer to that, ofcourse im not bon iver, but i would conclude that it is because the recorded versions are foundations. The skeletons. And when playing live its more of a collective conciousness that fleshes out the song so it can take different forms.

For the past 3 months hes been bombarding all Bon Iver videos trying to prove to people that he knows more and change their views on the music..I wouldn't call these comments coherent or insightful. Hes just an asshole.

What does this have to do with anything? I was just stating that most people on this website post extremely generic, boring comments such as "OMG I LOVEZ THIS SONGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!". While Blackhammer99 here has posted something interesting and polarizing. I just think it's rare.
