  • Yes, the are "on-board" instruments, meaning they come with the full version of Logic Pro 7 (but not Logic Express). As for producing dance music, its a wonderful application.

  • did he realy use loops?

  • first tip... it's software.

  • funky, I like

  • I've never seen those instruments. Are they in the stereo menu?

  • Typically, 90 BPM for Hip Hop works well. But so much of music production is subjective. As far as changing patterns, it's all in the programming. You could use Ultrabeat for pattern creation or you could program the beats in the Matrix editor. Try 16th notes and 32 notes.

  • Hey Andrew, i have one more question for you, one of which you mind think is strange to answer...Im trying to produce hip hop music on logic, id like to know how to change tempo, and patterns. so half notes, quaters, sixteenths, if u know what i mean. and what 'pattern' would hip hop be...tempo can veary from 80-120 bpm...im just unsure of note pattern......

  • i need to know how to use this softwear properly. i have it and recently got a whole heaps of sample cd's...so kicks snares hi hats etc. little loops and such. and the only out board gear i have is just a midi keyboard. but its probably capable of alot more than what im using it for. im only getting the sythns and using them with it. etc.....what else can do with what i have. i have logic pro 7.2 full version.

  • do all the sound on this clip come with Apple Logic 7 software? I'm going to buy my first recording software and really like the look of this. Also, is it good for people who like to produce dance music?

    cheers

    Barry
