Starring Amber Heard, Eddie Cibrian, Leah Renee, Jenna Dewan, Laura Benanti, David Krumholtz, Naturi Naughton and Wes Ramsey, the period drama is officially described as follows.
It's the early '60s, and the legendary Playboy Club in Chicago is the door to all your fantasies... and the key is the most sought-after status symbol of its time.

Step inside the seductive world of the Bunny, the epitome of beauty and service, and rub shoulders with the decade's biggest mobsters, politicos and entertainers (like Tina Turner and Sammy Davis, Jr.) With all these larger than life ambitions, there are even greater secrets. Like when innocent new Bunny Maureen - who wants to take the world by storm - accidentally kills one of the Windy City's most powerful mafia bosses... and the only person capable of covering it up and protecting her is Nick Dalton, a man who once worked for the mob but is about to run for district attorney. Bunny Alice is married but hiding an explosive personal life while Bunny Janie is running from a past that threatens to catch up with her. It seems everyone has a secret - none more so than Maureen, who may not even be the innocent orphan she appears to be. Thank goodness Hef's Playboy Mansion is open after hours for a little R&R... and burying your past.

From Academy Award-winning Executive Producer Brian Grazer, Executive Producer Chad Hodge (Tru Calling), and Director Alan Taylor (Mad Men) comes a provocative new series about a time and place that challenged the social mores, where a visionary created an empire, and an icon changed American culture.

...Best costume design. Now, that is a respectable profession. Making timeless pieces of art and grandiose spectacle, to visually put forth some aspect of the character. A creative, intelligent, and sensitive occupation.

Much better than wiggling your fluffy bunny ass for aging businessmen.

...time. Like that silly Pan Am, pam an show.

I'm 17 too. I can see you need role models and heroes and search for them everywhere. So do I, my friend. I can share with you some of my heroes.

What do you want to be when you grow up? I want to be a costume designer. My favorite is Irene Sharaff, especially for her work in The King & I, but Edith Head was much more prolific. These fine ladies and about 10 other fine ladies made up the bulk of Academy Award winners for best cost

...Stewardesses, or air hostesses, or flight attendants, or whatever they're calling them now. Waitresses. A waitress isn't liberated because she works in a de-humanizing rabbit outfit, or works on an airplane. They play up their "feminine wiles" for tips, which makes them prostitutes as well.

Those tv execs can go ahead and make boring shows about waitresses, but damn them if they portray it as progressive and legitimate choice for any woman of any tie.

    I'm 17 too. I can see

    ...To be a waitress?

"Bunnies" are glorified waitresses, that's all. They get to wear a somewhat glamourous uniform that tells people they work at an expensive venue, but they are still working a low-paid serving job. They wear tight, silly-looking outfits to please their men, just like Hooters. Now, don't try to tell me Playboy Club was any different from Hooters, don't try to tell me it was "classier", the men "come" there for the same reason, don't they? The same with stewa

  • I like this trailer because the music goes too well

  • omg I am so mad that the playboy club got cancelled they need to bring it back

  • @erinelizabeth428 How is the show disgusting? have you ever tried at watching th show? it was an excellent show it showed what women had choices back then not be an fucking housewife to me being 17 it showed me that not matter what time period it is woman have rights and options do whatever they wont if you wont to be a porn star you can no one is stopping you if you wont to president you can. It showed confident and fierce the women had back then

  • @MrRussiantaco canceled because some people and tv show net workers felt like it was showing adult nudity and prompting things to young viewers even though the show was a number one hit ....
