i really wanna open up my bass. what strings should i use? the strings i have on it are really low tention and really quiet. i want huge lows. like HUGE. i was thinking pirastro flexocors... would that be good?

@loganhedgepath well, kinda. It was all the modifications made that also make up a Karr model, but this was a solid wood bass with a LOT of "extra" put into it. We got a new batch of "magic" in that day and decided to use it all on just one bass. ;)

@tacobellmaritzabel he just walked in and played it (cause that's how he does it!) and didnt stop to extend the endpin out to where he normally would. The bass is spot on for a 3/4...
