In Australia we have free health care, never have to have concerns that you cannot afford to seek any medical advice.......

a PACKAGE of crackers?! I can't eat that much throughout a whole day!!
-
See, I used to be 260lbs and I am 5'2...I suffered from a lot of problems because of my weight ...when I saw this...I realized that I was literally eating myself to death...so I went and got some help from a loved one and ended up losing 40lbs!!!! I know what it's like to be overweight and it's not fun!!! People need to stop making excuses and take control of their health !!!!
-
@bizzzybee that is the problem though some times ppl starve themselves to lose weight and this does not help a bit.
-
Alright now Pam, lets be honest now...How can we heal if we aren't going to be totally honest?
-
Terrible as it is I have very little sympathy for these people. If losing your mobility isn't your rock bottom then I don't even know what to say honestly. It's very simple, move more and eat less.
-
Is that doctor smokin' hot or what? I would check into that clinic just to be near him.

"crackers, bottle of water, then supper" must be one fat ass supper...
-
Cool Isabelle gets to stay! Yay! And Bill's while is really in denial there's no way she eats only a pack of crackers for breakfast and nothing till dinner. No way.

thatz it!!! Ten steps.. thatz all he could do... i dont feel so bad bout not being able to run a whole mile...
Pam could swim, aquasize, yoga, pilates, weight train, balance on an exercise ball, stretch out, do 'push ups' on the wall. It can be easy, cheap and no impact. But with that said, her eating is clearly the bigger problem. "a package of crackers" is not healthy. And you can EASILY eat past your daily cals with just ONE meal. Sounds like she's starving herself during the day so she can gorge on whatever she wants at dinner. That really doesn't work. The body needs balance and nutrition.
