Voice of Exile : Kevin Miceal Richardson.
He is the voice of Jr and Cletus from The Clevland Show. He serves as additional voices is many other animated shows.

I can't believe I never saw this show before, I used to watch lots of Warner Bros. animation as a young child, my favorite being Animaniacs. I love Blitz for his large ego and timidity and Colleen for her quick whit and karate skills.

I'm surprised no one pointed out that the voice of Exile is also the voice of Principal Lewis on American Dad.

@Dotmw That was part of the reason it was canceled. Also, 1997 was the time when a lot of cartoons (the ones that weren't on cable) had to be more educational due to new FCC regulations. Apparently, the writers didn't want Road Rovers to be educational, so they did this as a parting "Up yours!"
