Underneath that shiny chrome bumper there are heavy steel tow hooks at the front of the frame.

@service1956 i agree i do Bellevue the truck stuck is a International 4700 if you look at the bumper there is 2 holes in each side, most of the time there would be a hook in one of them that is the main hook up spot but the front frame is ware the back of the hook leads so the frame will work a little if it also seams the truck is not 4x4 why buy a brush truck that is not 4x4
