Not only does she look beautiful, her voice is as distinctive and melodious as ever....

Sadly the movie industry started going downhill from the late 1960's onwards. The slide continues to this very day. Loretta Young and practically all her colleagues/contemporaries could no longer find suitable scripts and/or projects. In many ways, it was a FORCED RETIREMENT for them all ! Hollywood turned its back on them !

It's too bad she didn't work more in her later life. She was very natural and charming.

Loretta died in August 2000, at 87.

Where is the rest of the movie? She was the most elegant of movie stars and I would lke to see the rest of this movie - wasn't aware that she made any movies later in life except a Christmas movie, I think. Any chance we could see the rest?

The main problem is that the movie industry had changed so much since the late 1960's that many of these legendary stars had professionally nowhere to go. Now Hollywood has become a vast arid wasteland of crappy films with no talent and charmless actors.

I couldn't agree more. None of today's so called female "stars" can compare to the list of actresses that I've included on my channel.
