iPhone 4 drops calls even when using ATT MicroCell (Update)

Touching the lower left corner of the iPhone 4 consistently drops calls. This update uses the AT&T MicroCell to see if that improves call quality.

The MicroCell essentially puts a 3G tower in your home, using your Internet connection for voice calls.

By holding the iPhone 4 that way, your palm actually covers the region where the WiFi / GMS / Bluetooth antenna meets the GSM counterpart. This effectively reduces the signal strength of the iPhone 4 which ends up in dropped calls.

is it true that its all ip4's with the signal issue? because when i got mine and didnt have a case, i tried a few times to force the signal issue and nothing diff happened
