DRUGGED!!! We cannot come to this conclusion from just this video, but it is obvious that this poor baby has been given some sort of tranquilizing medicine... given all of the commotion that has been surrounding him, he has never ONCE been noisy or even woken up... this is not even debatable...

I'm a democrat and i find Piper Palin as a special child with a light about her.I noticed her from the very begining and thought to myself,"what a charming child".
All of you who are grouping us dems the same, why don't you target those posting the hateful comments ONLY.
In fact i amazed about people posting their political attacks on a video as special ans sweet as this a lil girl loving her brother.
