"Lost Between the Lines" Bidam/Kahlan (GQSD/LOTS Crossover)

Here's my latest video. It's a crossover between Kahlan and Bidam from Legend of the Seeker and The Great Queen Seondeok--two AMAZING periodical dramas that I recommend anyone to see if given the chance! And I'm very pleased to have mixed this Western show with this Eastern one. There definitely should be more crossovers like this cause Asia makes some pretty incredible and absolutely beautiful historical dramas which I'm not seeing being shown a lot in the periodical groups/channels. :(

I have been wanting to do a video for this pairing since August, but since I had been taking a break for a while, I've only started back vidding this month, and have finally made it.

It's simple enough, but I hope you can enjoy it and that the story comes off clearly (if not just read below). I am a little fustrated though since I finished this video yesterday, but it has taken me nearly 8 hours to render it. Why? IDK. SV kept crashing on me whenever it had hit a particular clip near the end of the video. So to avoid that, I had to literally render this video in pieces. DX

But anyways.....

Kahlan and Bidam would make a great couple, I would think. It's just because they are so different, and I've always had a love for pairings and couples that were. Kahlan is very mature. She's noble; loyal; the kind of person who follows the book and listens to her heart. Most of the time she's very in control of her emotions and knows what she has to do and succeeds at it. While Bidam is more reckless and child-like. He's good, but sometimes his intentions are misunderstood. He lets his emotions get the better of him, and sometimes it feels like he doesn't have them completely under control. He's loyal too, and you can always count on him, but he can easily feel betrayed and I think that was his greatest weakness.
Story: Kahlan is a confessor who's fallen in love with a young freelance soldier by the name of Bidam. But Kahlan knows that she can never truly be with him cause if she was to allow herself to love him, then he would become confessed to her in the wake of their passion and forever lose his free will. She couldn't do that to the one she loves, so she breaks it off with him. Bidam can't quite understand her resentment and when he sees her become more and more friendly with her new seeker, he feels more and more betrayed. So to get back at them, he teams up with their enemy, Lord Darken Rahl, and sends men to capture Kahlan and the seeker. But soon Bidam will realize what a foolish mistake he's made, but it just might be too late for him to ever hold his Kahlan again.

@SeondukYeowang Oh, thanks, glad you liked it. And yes, I'm always happy to give KNG and GQSD lots more love. It's not the perfect crossover I had hoped it would be, but I still like it. Though, I'm always planning to do something better ^_^ I hope to one day make a crossover with Bidam's younger brother, *coughs* Moon Jaeshin *coughs*, though I haven't found the right inspiration to start on it.
