haha alrighty i would really like to try SWG kind of getting sick of World of warcraft im a huge star wars fan ive been thinking about playing it for basically a year now and i have a hunch of what i want to be and do in the game

i have been stuck in the desert found some friendly guys they where rebel medics near fort tusken i saw a tusken commoner and a tusken king i got busted by the commoner and slain by the king i respawned in wayfar.

Our server (bria) seems to be the most populated. And whislt we do have a couple rp guilds (all created by the same dumb ass) I would not go near them unless you want to be branded as a rp fag.
Think of it as sparta in the movie 300. the role players are represented as the weak and worthless and the pvpers are the spartans. PvP is what drives the server. Go on SWG wiki and look at the explanation for bria you may laugh a bit

ive been thinking about getting SWG looks realllly fun should i quit wow and get it for X-miss or is it dead? id want to join a RPGPVP server

Most servers are dead but there is atleast 4 i know of that is still thriving with life
However you are only going to be able to choose between one type of server. rp or pvp. There is no acuall "Server types" but the reputation of the servers make it that way.
Starsider is RP heavy. Any place you walk you will see rp happening
Bria,Bloodfin,&ahazi
are all PVP servers (especialy bria) and on these servers RPers get lynched. So if you love to pvp go to bria of one of the others. If not go SS
