  • That is not entirely true. The early TTX motors had a history of going bad due to overheating because they did not have ventilation to the motor from the top as they did in the later models. The sensor does not come with the motor in the unit as you can see in this unit the new motor fixed the problem while still using the old sensor.

  • WHERE CAN I BUY A MOTOR TO NUMARK TT500 I NEED TO SEND THIS TO MEDELLIN COLOMBIA COULD YOU TELL ME THIS IF IS POSIBLE?

  • @foulmouthc1

    TTX's all got reverse mode.

  • when he starts it up and pushes the go button it runs backwards!!! nice repair that ha ha

  • I'm a little confused. Is there any clipping/breaking of wires, and therefore soldering necessary?

  • what kind of schooling do you need under your belt to do this type of work? is it good money?

  • If your motor doesnt start on your TTX it's not the motor at fault most of the time, it's the platter sensor at fault, this is a known design flaw with this deck, hit the platter and it should start lol, can't remember how to propperly fix this as it has been a long time since I worked on one
