Diphenhydramine is a pretty crazy drug. Do not take this drug without doing your research. I do not recommend doing this drug at all because it DOESN'T feel good, man. Here are some sources to learn about DPH (and other deliriants.)

@ArvenDagger I disagree. I'm addicted to it, have been for a while. It IS horrible, but it's why a lot of people do it.
