Ironic is it not such a funny guy as Jack Black a marvelous actor & musician with a career of acting in many children's films is a member of NARAL. Kill before birth it's abortion, kill after it's murder.

@Sueezee1 LEGAL does not mean MORALLY CORRECT. Slavery was LEGAL, but it was IMMORAL. Time will tell when Roe. v. Wade is challenged in the Supreme Court again. Just for the record, 4 supreme court justices agree with my position. So I guess I'm not so crazy. Missisippi almost passed the personhood amendment to define legal personhood at fertilization. It's only a matter of time before the new prolife majority in America passes laws which bring abortion back before the supreme court.

@Sueezee1 You're right, let's not define human beings by organisms that are in the process of human development. Let's make arbitrary distinctions based on age, birth, intelligence, skin color, religion, etc. Come on! Why is a newborn a legal person after a trip down the birth canal, but the mother's private property 10 seconds before? The private property argument was also used by Southerners to keep slavery legal, but it was eventually overturned via the natural rights argument.

@Sueezee1 You said: "a fetus isnt a human being." I proved you wrong because it is a scientific fact. Now, if biology and science have nothing to do with what a human being is, how do I know that you're a human being?---Because you have human dna, a human body, and are in the process of human aging and development. Fetuses always develop into human beings. Never into zebras or horses or giraffes. Why is this so difficult for you to understand without mocking me or dodging the facts?

@aguernz says: Every science textbook
~~~~~~~~~~ IRRELEVANT....Biology/ Science has NOTHING to do with the issue of legal abortion. Its about rights of people,the law, the 5th, 9th, 13th, & 14th Amend.,The Universal Dec. of Human Rights, The Supreme Court, social custom & necessity, Roe v. Wade .lolol
@aguernz says: Look up a picture of abortion and tell me its not killing a human!
@aguernz says: You are WRONG.
~~~~~~~ Sure I am...thats why MY ideas on legal abortion mesh with the laws that make it LEGAL. Whats you excuse if YOURE the "right" one? By the way, why arnt you on your way to the Supreme Court to make known your "right" information that will make aboriton illegal? Dont bother me anymore with your pipe dreams. Im right, youre wrong, i won, you lost. End of story.

@Sueezee1 You are WRONG. Every science textbook in print today says that human life and development begin at fertilization. Look it up! A fetus has its own complete DNA and chromosomes, which have predetermined the child's sex,eye color, intelligence, etc The only difference between you as a fetus and you today is TIME and NUTRITION. Look up a picture of abortion and tell me its not killing a human! Stop blindly believing what a couple of unelected judges in the 1970's decided for everyone else.

@Sueezee1 Firstly, the 1787 constitution does not define human being; they figure we'd be smart enough to figure it out. Secondly, the 14th amendment protects the rights of persons. Thirdly, when the constitution was written, they didn't have modern science to tell them that human life begins at fertilization. They had no ultrasounds or knowledge of sperm or egg cells until much later. If they had the info we have today, our founders would surely NOT exclude protecting fetal human beings.

@Sueezee1 A 2011 june gallup poll finds 48% of Americans calling themselves "pro-life" and 46% "pro-choice", and a majority of Americans think abortion should be legal only in a few circumstances. People are becoming educated as to what an unborn child truly is and looks like. Why is it that planned parenthood doesn't want women to see their ultrasounds? The abortion industry isn't even interested in helping women make good or informed choices they want, they just want money from abortions!
