  • I just came accross your blog. I found this on walmarts site and was going to order it but figured i would check out and see if anyone has a video on it and there you were? are you still using it? do you still like it? would you recommend it. I am 214 lbs and so ready for a change. I am not doing the surgery but have gotten a 3 month staple in my ear. anyway you look fabulous and did an awesome job!

  • Hi Thanks for checking me out! The stepper is supper fun and super hard. I honestly feel this machine could help you although to be honest it has been in the closet for some time now. If you are better at maintaining regular activity than I am, then this product would be great for you. I suck at maintaining programs so it collects dust. In the begining I used it it every day and I could feel the difference. You can only use it for a few minutes at first. It is very challanging.. Good luck!

  • What is the staple thing????

  • I ordered one and will be here any day now, can't wait. Did you feel it in your bottom the next day?

  • Definately felt it in my legs, they feel like jello after. It really is hard to do more than 5 min at first. I love it.

  • I ordered one too did you try the video's yet? Fab

  • If you mean the video that comes with it, with Tony shaken his thing on the machine. I did watch it to get the moves down but I can't handle watching him over and over, I just put in some music and go for it, its sooo fun and really works you.

  • Thank you! It's great to truly get the opinion and and see the product from a real person instead of the paid commentary on the commercials.

  • Thank you for your review

  • Hi, thanks for the review, I wanted to buy this for my child and I needed to know if you fall off it easily, or if you feel you get a workout. It looks like it will be fun with one's favorite music.

  • Hello soccer Mom. lol

  • @brownmachine6969 not really but she handed them right to her kid! she wouldn't babysit for me!

  • @msakosuah very bad she gave the kid the scissors and said here hold these! crazy.

  • @brownmachine6969 not really but he was also holding then while leaning on the chair arm and thats bad!

  • I think you should get it. The only downside is that moves around a little. But if you put a pad or rug under it, it should be fine.

  • Today is February 2,2010 and I just got my new rock and roll stepper. It is wonderful. If you get you some music and use the stepper, you will actually lose track of how long you are on the stepper. I thought it was a great cardio exercise. Absolutely amazing. I have tried a number of different machines and I get bored quick. I usually end up taking them back to the store. But this one was awesome. I took it outside on the patio and rocked away before I knew it 50 minutes had passed.

  • Quick question. I see u have carpet. Does it make a lot of noise rolling cause I really want 2 get it but I live on the 2nd floor. I need something small and powerful enough 2 work me out but not make a lot of noise 4 the people downstairs. HELP!!
