@shuboy05 Yeah it's a pretty good parody of classic Who. But back in my day the companion would have belted Shlong with a cricket bat and then blown him up with nitro-9!

This scene IS a shoutout to the old series. A very similar scene was in The Twin Dilemma, one of the worst episodes of the series.

@raymondbros haha yes. Thats what makes this scene so brilliant along with Rick Jervais dressed as a 1970's Who slug villian!. Anyone know where I can find the full episode for this?

Bwwwaaaahahaha.

The last few seconds on David's face was back to Barty Crouch again. I think it was the lick.

@LegoDaleks i agree totally. character growth and script writing is my problem with the Matt Smith series.

@TheSmegOps I think Muppet's stuff is just as banal & dumbed-down as ReTarD's stuff. At least I understand ReTarD though, he's a soap fan with a self-inflated ego, who's obsessed with TV & sex - that shows in his writing. But why does Muppet mimic him implicitly? Isn't he a separate individual? That's what I don't understand about Muppet. ReTarD had the balls to make a complete overhaul of a format that had worked for 26 years. Muppet hasn't the balls to make any changes that aren't superficial.

@LegoDaleks would you agree that the 2 series with matt smith and karen gilan has sucked compared to the 2 series with david tennant to me it feels like steven moffat has taken something good, pissed on it and sugar coated it with community events to keep people happy.

@tredlow so one made after 2005 then.

@TheSphericalIce Love & Monsters is a perversion of DW, Twilight is just a perversion of the Vampire myth. I'd rather see Vampire sh!t than sh!t labelled DW. As the Romans used to say: corruptio optimi pessima – the corruption of the best is the worst.
It's still better than "Love & Monsters".
