Here's a collection of my 1st attempts of images taken on my first light nights out, mixed along with some Hubble images so you can see what they are supposed to look like! So far only managed to image the moon and Saturn!

Still worth a look tho' so hope you enjoy...................

Music samples are from, "Where Eagles Dare" & "Star Trek" Movie Soundtracks.

  • Been thinking of buying a Meade 6" LS. This has now convinced me. Well done mate. Excellent work.

  • @x0druid0x my first scope was a 150mm

  • your Meade is perfectly colimnated, Ive never seen such clarity!

  • I wish my 76 mm could do this :(

  • Good job! Did you have any issues getting the webcam to work and focus?

    Thanks for the pics.

  • You introduce Mars, Jupiter, etc - then show more pics of Saturn again? What a waste of my time (nice pics though). Not much usefulness as a serious comparison of the two scopes.

  • Awesome, a friend of mine is getting this telescope.
