Hey everybody. Here is a (very short) video on how to use WinPwn. This is only the first part, so watch the second half for all of the details!
iPod Touch 1.1.4 firmware:

iPhone 1.1.4 firmware:

First, go to this link to download the setup file for WinPwn and the iTunes.dll files for it to work correctly.
http://rapidshare.com/files/120293370/WinPwn_and_iTunes.dll_files.zip.html
After you've installed WinPwn, open up "My Computer" and go into your C: drive. Find the folder called "Program Files" and then scroll down to a folder called "WinPwn". Open that up and then drag the 2 iTunes.dll files in there and replace the existing ones. Now, open up WinPwn and hit "Browse .IPSW" and then find your 1.1.4 firmware for the iPod Touch/iPhone. Now hit the button called "iPwner" and let it pwn your device. You will need to boot it into recovery mode, but wait until a popup appears telling you to do that. Now, after your device has been Pwned, hit "Build .IPSW". Now this is the fun part. Here, you can create your own firmware for your device. You can add apps to be automatically installed, as well as boot logos and recovery images. I don't know the exact size of the boot logos, but it must be under 100kb. Also, make sure to select Installer or Cydia before building your Firmware. Pwning your iPod does not jailbreak it, it just lets you use custom firmwares. Cydia can be found form this source:
apptap.saurik.com
in the System folder, along with Installer which is included. After you've selected all of your apps, hit "Build .ipsw" and watch as your masterpiece is made!
Hope you enjoy the video!

Audacity... A program that I haven't heard about in months, now can record?! I'll look into this stuff.
I'll try some screen recording after I get my Creative Fatal1ty headset. Which will HOPEFULLY be here soon...
