It is a myth that vegetable oils are healthy for heart. Except for coconut oil and raw, cold pressed olive oil UNCOOKED. Test actually show that vegetarians have greater hardening of arteries. I know, big surprise perpetrated by the veggie oil industry...a billion dollar industry. Butter keeps veins supple and is responsible for brain function and neurological health. Those eating butter over rancid veggie oils are healthier. Granny lived to 95.
