This 54-years old gentleman experienced a subarachnoid hemorrhage from an anterior communicating artery aneurysm. This was endovascular treated several months earlier. After recovery the patient was planned for surgery of this middle cerebral artery bifurcation aneurysm that was found incidental.
Surgery by Bijvoet and Dammers, Erasmus Medical Center, Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
