Acceptance Film Trailer Robert Reed wanted to serve his country, he joined up passed out and was sent into Iraq, there he was shot in the leg and sent back, he's out of the army. Now changed, no longer vibrant and enthusiastic an empty shell trapped in a painful past. His long suffering fiance, Vanessa Charles, longs to live her life again. The problem is shes tied to him. Shes given a chance to escape when a good friend offers her free lodging in her provence home. After yet another bitter row with Rob, she packs up and leaves and travels to Provence, where she finds an all together different world, a world of the senses and simple pleasures. Rob, incensed by her disappearance is determined to find her and calls on an old army buddy to trace her. Soon they find out exactly where shes hiding and Rob sets off alone to track her down. He arrives in Provence and sleeps rough in an abandoned cabin. The isolation slowly reawakens his spirit and he finds renewed strength, a more positive outlook and vows to himself to win her back. On a hot summers day, Vanessa explores the beautiful Valleys and vineyards of Le Luberon. She encounters handsome wine grower, Damien De La Roche, immediately shes attracted to him and flirts openly. Hes captivated by her English charm and invites her to swim in his pool. This leads on to an invite to dinner. Its all harmless fun, but Rob has caught up with them and spies as they swim in the pool. Damien De la Roche, a rich kid with everything anyone could ever want, used to getting whoever he wants with little effort. Vanessa proves more of a challenge to him than he thought. When she explains her reasons for being in Provence, his mood darkens, but hes determined the night will not be wasted. As the evening draws to a close Rob determines to take action against his rival and put an end to his interference. Events peak with an unexpected twist.
