Every few months I think "I should get a DOF adapter" and look on ebay and youtube and then end up not doing it, hah. This is the first hit I got on youtube today and it's funny, because I have a GS250 and a GS500. Both good cameras, though I envy your GS400 with its multi-manual ring!
DOF footage looks OK, though a little too soft at some areas of the frame, but that might be other factors, I don't know.
