@loosey5 The unique effect of reverse band exercises are that they cause the effective weight to change during the lift. As the bands stretch, they give more of an assist on the negative part of the squat, as they go slack, the positive part of the squat gets increasingly harder. This is meant to help overcome weaknesses people may have on certain parts of the squat movement.

@taylor1hp this type of training is more useful for power lifters then bodybuilders.
