it's really eay once you get the hang of it- the way i do it is i take the baton and extend my arm to the farthest side the gage for a throw to theneck from teh center of my body, the bring to the center-gage by holding the toe and swinging the head to my neck the releasing. Then hope it makes it. :-) i know that not the right way or good dicertions but i hope it helps. I had to figure it out myself and it works for soo Good Luck ;-)
